Throughout the day bands and musicians  perform on The  Eagle & Child Stage. Many are young people who hope for a chance to spotlight and develop their talent. We would like to support and encourage these artists by contributing towards their expenses or providing a small reward for performing. Your sponsorship would be announced before and after their performances and  mention would be included on social media, our website and in our programme editorial reporting.

Banners

Many companies may have their own banners which they would like to use. If not, then we can arrange for the production of a banner  to your specification. If we produce a single sided banner, then subject to an agreement to continue use of the banner for a minimum of 3 years ( invoiced annually ) there will be no charge. Otherwise production will be charged at cost.

To display a banner on wall of our marquee or  Show ground;
         2m x 0.75m  (1.5sq metre)   £140
Up to 3 sq metre  ( eg 3m x 1m )   £200

Banners should be provided with eyelet holes for fixing, or with other suitable fixings.

Arena-side Banners:  

Banners (approx 2m x 0.75m **) (3m size also available, +£50)
displayed on perimeter of Main Arena ( or adjacent to Marquee entries )featuring your own design.

Price includes production of banners, to your design, printed on mesh PVC.

** due to limitations of some of our display stands the height of design should be limited to 0.73m

Feather Flags

We can also display feather flags on our show ground adjacent to the Main Marquee or Craft Marquee or in Main Arena. These should be provided with a substantial base suitable for free standing use. We can arrange for production at cost if required.

Sponsored Feather Flags

An alternative to  an exclusive feather flag is our Sponsored Locator Flags.

We are introducing a number of distinct feather flags to assist directing visitors around the Show Field.

Sponsors can have their name and logo placed in the lower part of the flag, visible to everyone seeing the flag as they move around the site. Multi-year display.  The flags will be retained and used again in future years at no additional cost to the sponsor. (sponsor space approx 55-75cm x 25-30cm ) £99 each    (Multi year use)

The Show Day Programme is a high quality gloss paper professional print production sized at A5 portrait layout. It is to be distributed to local homes around Auckley and subject to remaining availability distributed free on Show Day. The print run for 2022 was 3,500 copies to permit distribution to new housing areas around the village and extend coverage to Branton. We hope that with sufficient support an even larger number can be distributed as housing in the area has increased further. Clients’ own artwork is welcome, or if required we can assist in the production of a suitable advertisement.
